Ashley Moon, MA, AMFT

Ashley Moon brings both personal and professional experience into her work within today’s mental health and healing landscape. An advocate for balancing what she calls self-space-life care, she specializes in:

  • Clutter, Disorganization, Compulsive Behaviors, Hoarding, Neurodivergence/ADHD, Anxiety
  • Codependency, Addiction, Substance Use, Recovery, Sober-curious
  • Complex Trauma, Relationships, Family Dynamics; Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, Alcoholics, or Dysfunctional Families (ACOAs)

She enjoys working with:

  • Teens and Adults
  • Individuals, Couples, Families, and Groups
  • In-Person Clients (Los Feliz, 90027)
  • Telehealth for California Residents

Ashley understands the pain that deep-rooted beliefs can carry, the way they can be unexpectedly triggered, and the guilt that sometimes follows when setting boundaries. She is deeply curious about the origins of a client’s stress, pain, and discomfort, as well as the trauma responses and coping mechanisms developed over time. In collaboration with her clients, she creates meaningful treatment plans based on their unique struggles, goals, hopes, and preferences. Together they work to shift old survival patterns, ease anxiety while building clarity, and cultivate greater self-trust and compassion.

Ashley offers creative, trauma-informed care, working primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and arts-based approaches.

She believes therapy is a place to unmask and have emotional needs met without having to “hold it all together.” Clients are the experts of their own lives, and Ashley considers it an honor to provide a safe space to support their courageous work.
